ERVET is a public limited company whose share capital amounts to € 8,297,145.84. Our majority shareholder is the Emilia-Romagna Regional Government (98.64%), while other local authorities and public bodies hold the remaining 1.36% of the company’s shares.

The relationship between ERVET and the Emilia-Romagna Regional Government is regulated by a three-year covenant. The Company Organs are the following:
