The ADRION Managing Authority looks for experienced professional assessors to support the assessment of the project proposals submitted in the framework of the INTERREG V B Adriatic-Ionian Second Call for Proposals.

ADRION is a European transnational Programme that works to promote cooperation and solidarity between eight Partner States. The Programme includes Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Greece, Italy, Montenegro, Serbia and Slovenia. Its main goal is to act as a policy driver and governance innovator, fostering European integration among Partner States and enhancing economic, social and territorial cohesion in the Adriatic and Ionian region. ADRION is established under the legal framework of the European Structural Investment (ESI) Funds. Emilia-Romagna Regional Authority has been endorsed as Managing Authority of the Programme and ERVET Ltd, the in-house company of the Emilia-Romagna Regional Authority has been assigned with the role of hosting the Programme Joint Secretariat.

The present call intends to facilitate ERVET Ltd in the identification of experts with skills not available within its structure in order to assess the project proposals received in the framework of the second call for proposals of the ADRION Programme.
Please note that the experts’ roster set up under the Call for applications for professional independent evaluators in the framework of the ADRION first call for proposals is expired and will not be used for the current selection process. In order to be eligible for this vacancy notice, any interested expert shall apply to the present call.

The deadline for the submission of the candidatures is 28 September 2018, 13h00 (Bologna time).

For a mere material error on page 3 of the Call it was indicated the amount of € 15.000,00, instead of € 22.500,00, so the paragraph relating to the correct remuneration is as follows:

The fee for the assessment of one project proposal is of EUR 450,00 VAT included. One expert may receive more than one project proposal to be assessed (up to a maximum of 50 project proposals – EUR 22.500,00 VAT included).
